Access Your Accounts

The NetID is a unique identity used for accessing digital platforms at the University. You will need to use your NetID to set up your password.

DUO Mobile provides an extra layer of security to your account when logging in by requiring a push notification to be accepted from your phone. You are prompted to set up DUO during your initial password setup.

All of your official University communication will be delivered through your UT email account including messages from the Chancellor, Provost, Payroll Office, and Human Resources.

Using Your Office Phone

Microsoft Teams is the primary video conferencing tool used by the campus. It is often used to teach online classes, communicate with your coworkers, and schedule online meetings.

Zoom is another video conferencing tool that can be used for online meetings.

Online Storage and Collaboration

UTS OIT offers multiple solutions for file storage and collaboration within the UTS community

OneDrive allows you to save your files in the cloud and access them from any device.

Network drive to store files; this must be requested to IT if one is needed.
