*Canvas course availability policies:
- Faculty are enrolled and have access to courses 90 days prior to term start dates.
- Students are enrolled in courses 14 days prior to term start dates.
- Courses have to be published by the instructor for students to receive access to them.
- Courses conclude (turned to read-only) 30 days after the term end dates.
